Faith and Finances

The book of James in chapter 2:17 -18 challenges a man to show faith apart from his works and James says I’ll show you my faith by my works. In other words, we have a charge to operate not only in the spiritual (faith), but also in the practical (works) in order to be good stewards of our finances. 

The goal of The Faith and Finances Show is to come along beside you assist you as you work to overcome your financial difficulties.   Over 2300 scriptures and over half of Jesus parables speak to finances, its’ use or abuse.   In addition to providing education on personal money management and biblical stewardship, you will be encouraged to change bad habits and to learn a new way of doing things. I will help you to develop a new perspective—a “Kingdom conscious” way of managing your money.

You must be determined and disciplined in order to see a change in your finances. The victory is already yours; you just need to go through the process.  You’re probably thinking, “I can bring glory to God in the area of my finances and I will no longer be undisciplined with God’s money.” If that is what you’re thinking, then you have to be willing to back up your determination with action. That means you need to have a plan of action to help you fulfill your goal of bringing order to your finances and bringing glory to God. 

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—your faith. 1 John 5:4   

And along this journey, if you stumble and fall, don’t lie there and wallow in it. Get up, shake the dust off and get back on track. It’s a process! I love helping others find their dreams, discover their destiny, unlock their potential and acquire the necessary life skills to get where they are going. And I will do that for you, too, but you must be in this for the long haul.
