R&B superstar Patti LaBelle will perform with Boyz II Men at Family Circle Stadium

 Two-time Grammy Award-winning R&B superstar Patti LaBelle will make her Family Circle Stadium debut on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010.  Doors open for this rain or shine event at 6:00pm, with a performance from Boyz II Men starting at 7:00pm. Tickets will be on-sale beginning at 10:00am on Friday, June 25th at Ticketmaster.com, local Publix locations, Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone at (800) 745-3000, and the Family Circle Tennis Center Box Office.  Reserved floor table seating will be available at $55.50, Box and Terrace seating at $45.50, and Grandstand general admission seating at $35.50.

SpiritFest

SpiritFest is the longest running gospel music concert in the Southeast and this year's artists include Grammy, Dove, Stellar and BET Awards nominees/recipients: Pastor Marvin Sapp, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, The Williams Brothers, The Rance Allen Group and Lee Williams & the Spiritual QC's.  SpiritFest Founder and CEO, Pastor Elijah Ray, also is blessed to announce the awarding of $10,000.00 worth of scholarships to graduating seniors and one adult, all courtesy of sponsors BI-LO and Greenville Technical College.  And, back for a 5th year in a row is SpiritFest Legend, a talent showcase of local artists. The winner will receive a $1000.00, perform on the very stage as our SpiritFest artists and much more.  This year's theme is Prayer Still Works and we know it does.  A dance team from the Lowcountry performed last year during SpiritFest Legend and we want your audience included in all of this year's events.  SpiritFest 2010 is September 5 at the BI-LO Center in Greenville, SC. The finale for SpiritFest Legend is September 4th at the Hilton Hotel, also in Greenville, SC.

Charleston Harbor Fest is an event of the Sea, Land, and Air. The festival takes place Downtown Charleston at the Maritime Center all the way down to the Passenger's Terminal and spans across the harbor to Patriots Point. The festival is open to the public and is FREE. It is a great event for all ages with a fantastic family atmosphere. There will be more Tall Ships in Charleston Harbor than ever before and will be open for viewing and tours. Among these ships, South Carolina's very own educational Tall Ship the Spirit of South Carolina will be there to welcome all visitors to this grand event. Among Tall Ships, we will have marine and arts and crafts exhibitors, an "Old Charlestowne" living history camp, a children's village, wooden boat displays, free sailing, air shows, live music and food, a huge blowout Harborpalooza at Patriots Point, as well as Liberty Village showcasing military displays and education interactions.
