North Charleston - Acting on a tip, at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, North Charleston Police along with Summerville Police located one month old Angel Miguel Perez at a residence in Summerville. The infant was found

unharmed. 19 year-old Andrea Samone Walker was arrested by police and charged with kidnapping. The baby was taken to MUSC, for medical evaluation, where he was reunited with his mother and father.

An Amber Alert was issued following the reported abduction of the one month old on Monday.  Investigators say the mother of Perez left her vehicle running and ran in to the post office at 6401 Rivers Avenue on Monday afternoon at around 4:30pm.  The infant's mother reportedly left the vehicle running, with the infant inside, and ran inside to drop off mail.  When she returned to the vehicle the child was gone.  Investigators now believe that Walker had made contact with Perez and his mother earlier in the day and had followed them to the Post Office.

The FBI joined the effort one day later and offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.  Investigators asked the public to be on the lookout for a gray or silver four door compact vehicle, which is said to have a rear spoiler, and a black woman in her mid-20s, about 5-foot-1 and 175 pounds, wearing a blue and white striped shirt.  A witness told Police that a stocky built black woman was seen leaving the area of the post office with an infant child in hand.
